ITIN- Application Process
Hi there! Need an ITIN? As a seasoned Tax Professional, I’ll first determine if you actually need one, provide you with a quote, and send a list of required documents to get started.

Document Collection:
I’ll securely gather all necessary information through email.
You’ll upload the required documents as requested.
Once I have everything, I’ll prepare a draft within 1–2 business days for your review.

Approval & Verification:
After you approve the draft, we’ll meet in person to verify your passport, get your signature, and handle payment.
If you can’t meet in person, you can mail the signed Form W7, tax return (if applicable), and supporting documents to one of my offices.
We’ll schedule a meeting to confirm your identity before I finalize and submit your application.

Submission & Confirmation:
I’ll mail your ITIN application to the IRS via secure, tracked post.
You’ll receive a scanned copy of the signed application and proof of mailing.

ITIN Approval:
Once the IRS approves your ITIN, they’ll send you an official copy.
As a Certified Acceptance Agent, I’ll also receive a copy and will scan and forward it to you.
